Optimization of ultra-thin powder coating technology

Ultra-thin powder coating technology is not only an important development direction of powder coatings, but also one of the problems the world is still plagued in painting circles.

Powder coatings hardly accomplish ultra-thin coating,that not only greatly limit its application scope ,but also lead to thicker coating (generally 70um above ) . It is an unnecessary waste costs for most applications which do not require thick coating .

To solve this worldwide problem to achieve ultra-thin coating ,the experts have tackled a series of technical problems such as powder formulations,superfine powder processing and particle control technology to improve powder flowing to control the average particle size under 10um ,that achieved satisfactory results .
