I-Antistatic powder coatings
Our I-FHAS® Series Okuphikisayo i-powder coatings yizimbotshana ezisebenzayo ezisetshenziswa ezindaweni ezingaphezulu ukuze kuncishiswe noma kuqedwe ukunqwabelana kokushaja kwe-electrostatic. Ubuso obuphulukisiwe busebenza ebangeni lama-kilovolts, kuma-voltage aphansi (< 1 KV) busebenza njengesivikelo.

- Ukumelana Nesifutho sikasawoti(ASTM B17, 500hrs):
(Ubukhulu be-undercutting ,1 mm ) Akukho ukubhamuza noma ukulahlekelwa ukunamathela - Curing schedule: 160℃-180℃/10-15minutes; 200℃/5-10minutes
- Ukumelana Nomswakama (ASTM D2247,1000 hrs) :Akukho ukubhamuza noma ukulahleka kokunamathela
- Ukuhlolwa kokumelana kukagesi (kusimo sokungaphezu kuka-100V): 1.5×106Ω
STORAGE
Izimo ezomile, ezipholile ezinomoya omuhle ezingeni lokushisa elingu-<30℃, elingadluli izinyanga eziyisi-8.
Noma iyiphi impushana esele kufanele igcinwe endaweni efanele epholile futhi eyomile.
