Our I-FHAS® Series Okuphikisayo i-powder coatings yizimbotshana ezisebenzayo ezisetshenziswa ezindaweni ezingaphezulu ukuze kuncishiswe noma kuqedwe ukunqwabelana kokushaja kwe-electrostatic. Ubuso obuphulukisiwe busebenza ebangeni lama-kilovolts, kuma-voltage aphansi (< 1 KV) busebenza njengesivikelo.

  • Ukufakwa(@60μm) :9-12㎡/kg
  • Umthelela oqondile (ASTM D2794): 50kg.cm @ 60-70μm
  • Ukumelana Nesifutho sikasawoti(ASTM B17, 500hrs):
    (Ubukhulu be-undercutting ,1 mm ) Akukho ukubhamuza noma ukulahlekelwa ukunamathela
  • Curing schedule: 160℃-180℃/10-15minutes; 200℃/5-10minutes
  • Ukumelana Nomswakama (ASTM D2247,1000 hrs) :Akukho ukubhamuza noma ukulahleka kokunamathela
  • Ukuhlolwa kokumelana kukagesi (kusimo sokungaphezu kuka-100V): 1.5×106Ω

STORAGE

Izimo ezomile, ezipholile ezinomoya omuhle ezingeni lokushisa elingu-<30℃, elingadluli izinyanga eziyisi-8.
Noma iyiphi impushana esele kufanele igcinwe endaweni efanele epholile futhi eyomile.
Ungavezi emoyeni isikhathi eside njengoba izakhiwo zempushana zingase zonakaliswe umswakama.
